SHIPPING POLICY

Before we submit your purchases, we may need to confirm some information with card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum.

Orders will be processed and shipped during the regular business days of Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Orders placed late on Fridays, holidays or during the weekend will be processed by our shipper on the next business day. It may take up to 2-3 business days for your order to be shipped. You will receive an e-mail with your order’s tracking number once your package is shipped.

 

SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping is the charge for order processing, item selection, packaging, transport, and handling. Special requests, including specification of carrier and/or future delivery dates, may include additional charges.

 

CANCELLATIONS

Please be advised that once an order has been placed we are unable to make any modifications to the order including cancellations.

 

FREE SHIPPING 

Pool LabShow offers free shipping to U.S. orders over $300. Your order should arrive in approximately 3 to 5 business days after shipping.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship Internationally to most countries. Customer is responsible for customs fees, taxes, duties or any government charges. Please be aware that customs and duties taxes may be charged by your country upon arrival. Poollabshow.com is not responsible for these fees and cannot determine how much they will be. These taxes are determined by the destination country and are NOT included in your shipping costs. All duties and taxes must be paid at time of delivery.

    REFUSED SHIPMENTS

    We charge a 30% RESTOCKING FEE for all refused packages. If a customer decides to refuse a shipment from us, they are still responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to poollabshow.com. This amount will be subtracted from the refund total when received. In the event that the cost of the shipping, duties and taxes exceeds the cost of the merchandise refund, the customer's credit card will be charged any additional fees that are incurred for the refused package.

     

    CHANGE OF ADDRESS

    Occasionally, customers enter an incorrect address at checkout. There is a $15 UPS charge for all address changes. This applies to orders that are already in transit and will be charged to the customer's credit card upon completion of the UPS address change request. If you have made a mistake entering your address at checkout please be sure to contact us ASAP. We cannot guarantee that the request will be fulfilled by UPS, but we will do our best. If the order has not already shipped we will be happy to update your address free of charge.

     

    RETURN TO SENDER

    It is the customer's responsibility to arrange to sign for the package if a signature is required by the carrier. If the customer is unable to sign, then a pick-up will be required. All of our packages are insured. UPS may require a signature for delivery. They will make up to 3 delivery attempts before they mark the package "return to sender". All "return to sender" packages will incur a $15 fee on top of the fees required to ship the item back to the customer. All orders returned to us for a bad address will also incur a $15 charge. Please review your shipping address carefully before you submit your order. If you see a problem and need us to fix the address please contact us as soon as possible.
